Build & Optical Precision

  • Chassis Construction: Crafted from high-pressure Die-cast Aluminium (ADC12) for maximum durability. Each unit is finished with an AkzoNobel powder coating, ensuring exceptional resistance to corrosion, peeling, and UV degradation in the harshest outdoor environments.

  • Environmental Protection: Rated at IP66 for total dust and heavy-sea protection, and IK08 for high-impact resistance.

  • Pressure Equalization Valve: Every fixture is fitted with a specialized Breather Valve. This mechanical valve allows the housing to "breathe" by equalizing internal and external pressure, effectively preventing the vacuum buildup and internal condensation that often leads to premature failure in standard outdoor lights.

  • Optical Engineering: Tailor your beam with precision-engineered symmetrical or asymmetrical lenses. Options range from 15°/30° Spot for long-throw architectural highlighting to 90°/120° Flood for expansive perimeter security.

Thermal Engineering & Performance

  • Superior Wattage Stability: While standard flood lights suffer from "thermal throttling"—where wattage drops to 60–70% of its rated capacity as it heats up—Diamond Flood Lights are engineered for thermal excellence. Our advanced heat-sink architecture ensures that even at peak operating temperatures, the unit stabilizes at 90% of its actual wattage, providing consistent, high-intensity output throughout the night.

  • Integrated Heat Dissipation: High-surface-area vertical cooling fins allow for rapid thermal transfer, protecting the LED chips and driver architecture from premature aging.

Power & Grid Resilience

  • Specialized Driver Architectures: We offer three distinct driver configurations to suit the specific electrical demands of your project:

    • Isolated Drivers: Our premium standard for maximum safety and longevity. Galvanic isolation provides a physical barrier against electrical leakage and ensures the highest level of surge resilience.

    • Linear Drivers: Engineered for high-precision output and compact footprints, ideal for specific architectural integration.

    • Driver-on-Board (DOB): A robust, ultra-slim configuration that eliminates external cabling between the driver and the LED board, reducing potential failure points in high-vibration environments.

  • Industrial-Grade Surge Protection: Features an onboard 6kV to 10kV SPD (Surge Protection Device) and MOV to defend against lightning strikes and power grid spikes.

  • Scalable Output: Available in a versatile range from 10W to 200W+ to suit everything from residential landscaping to heavy-duty industrial yards.

Light Quality & Intelligence

  • Spectrum Control: Available in dedicated Single Color, RGBW for dynamic façade color-washing, and CCT variants for tailored outdoor ambiance.

  • Smart Ecosystem:

    • Non-Smart: Reliable, high-efficiency output with optional PIR or Microwave motion sensors for automated security.

    • Smart Integrated: Full control via the Tuya Smart Home app over Zigbee or Wi-Fi. Schedule large-scale perimeter lighting, adjust brightness (1%–100%), and create complex lighting scenes remotely.

    • Dual-Control: Compatible with Diamond RF Remotes for immediate localized control without the need for a mobile device.
