About the UPL-1 UNDERWATER LIGHT
Overview
The UPL-1 is a low-profile pool light with a mirror-polished stainless steel housing, a blue sealing ring around the chrome bezel and a tempered glass lens that glows with rich RGB colour.
Variants & Specifications
It draws 12W and is rated IP68 for permanent submersion, the standard every pool fixture must meet. Full RGB gives millions of colours with fades, static colours and strobe effects through compatible controllers. The tempered glass is 4–5 times stronger than normal glass and breaks into blunt pieces rather than sharp shards, which matters in pools, while the 316 stainless steel body resists corrosion in fresh, chlorinated and salt water.
Ideal Applications
Made for residential pools, hotel pools and spas, these swimming pool submersible lights turn water into a feature: cool blue for evening laps, soft violet for a spa, or colour sequences for parties. We supply underwater pool lights in Kolkata for homes and resorts.

Why Safety Glass Matters in a Pool
In a pool, people swim right next to the light. Tempered glass is 4 to 5 times stronger than normal glass, and if it ever breaks, it shatters into blunt pieces rather than sharp shards. That is an important safety detail for any pool fitting.

Is the UPL-1 safe for swimming pools?
The UPL-1 is IP68 rated for permanent submersion and uses safety tempered glass that breaks into blunt pieces rather than sharp shards. Always have it installed by a qualified electrician.
What colours can the UPL-1 show?
