What You Need for a Magnetic Track
A recessed magnetic system has three parts: the track, a driver and the lights. The track sits inside the false ceiling, so plan it before the ceiling is closed. Start with our TRK recessed channel in 1 m or 2 m lengths.
The track runs on a driver hidden above the ceiling. Choose a TRK recessed driver rated above the total wattage of all your lights. Eight MT172 lights use 96W, so a 100W driver is cutting it close and a 200W driver leaves room to add more.
Which Colour to Choose
Warm white (2700K) suits living rooms, bedrooms and restaurants. Natural white (4000K) suits kitchens, offices and boutiques because colours look true. Cool white (6000K) gives crisp, bright light for workspaces and shop shelves.
