Shipping policy
This policy explains how Diamond Electrical Industries (dewdiamond.com) ships your orders.
Order processing
We pack and dispatch orders on business days after receiving payment. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. You will get an email when your order is dispatched.
Where we deliver
We deliver PAN India, to any address that our delivery partners can reach.

Delivery time is counted from the day your order is placed. Within these ranges, addresses closer to our Kolkata store arrive sooner and addresses farther away take longer. The shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. INR 99 to INR 199 (free on orders of INR 1,999 or more).
Delivery partners
We ship through Delhivery, Shiprocket and DTDC. We choose the partner for each order based on your delivery address.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we send you the tracking details by email or SMS. You can use them to follow your parcel on the courier's website.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Courier delays, strikes, weather or remote locations can make a delivery take longer, and we are not responsible for such delays, as stated in our Terms of Service. If your order seems late, contact us with your order number and we will follow up with the courier.
Receiving your order
Please check the package when it arrives. If it is damaged, or the product does not work when first installed, tell us within 48 hours of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy. We recommend recording an unboxing video when you open the parcel.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because no one is available to receive it, the courier may return it to us. In that case we may charge shipping again to resend it.
