What Tunable White Means
A fixed-colour light gives one shade of white for its whole life. A tunable white light lets you move between warm and cool white, so one fitting suits a bright working afternoon and a relaxed dinner. Our guide to colour temperature and tunable white explains the idea in more detail.
Options and Prices
- 12W (₹1,500): bedrooms, study corners and smaller living rooms
- 18W (₹2,000): larger living rooms, lounges and higher ceilings
- Finishes: White, Black, Antique Brass and Metallic Gun Black, all at the same price
- Warranty: 2 years
Choosing a Finish
White disappears into a standard white false ceiling. Black suits dark or wooden ceilings. Antique Brass and Metallic Gun Black are for interiors where the fitting itself should look premium, such as boutique hotels, designer showrooms and luxury flats.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a tunable white downlight?
A tunable white downlight lets you adjust the light between warm white and cool white instead of being fixed to one colour. The HALO 2.4G uses this so one fitting can give relaxed evening light and bright daytime light in the same room.
What is the price of the HALO 2.4G?
The HALO 2.4G costs ₹1,500 for 12W and ₹2,000 for 18W. Every finish, including Antique Brass and Metallic Gun Black, costs the same, and both sizes carry a 2-year warranty.
Which wattage should I choose?
Choose 12W for bedrooms, study corners and smaller living rooms. Choose 18W for larger living rooms, lounges and higher ceilings, where you want more light from fewer fittings.
Which finishes does the HALO 2.4G come in?
It comes in White, Black, Antique Brass and Metallic Gun Black. White blends into a standard ceiling, while Antique Brass and Gun Black make the fitting a design feature in hotels and luxury homes.
Is the HALO 2.4G good for bedrooms?
Yes. Because it is tunable white, you can keep the bedroom light warm and soft at night and switch to a brighter, cooler white in the morning, without changing the fitting.
Is there another tunable white downlight?
Yes. The SAPPHIRE designer recessed light offers the same tunable white light, wattages and finishes in a different design, at the same price.
